Returns are accepted within 5 days from the date of delivery only in cases where an incorrect product has been shipped.
The product must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.
A clear and continuous unboxing video recorded at the time of opening the package is mandatory for any return request.
Return requests submitted without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.
Products showing signs of use, damage, tampering, missing packaging, or requests made after the return window will not be eligible for return.
